 Visitor Survey Results
The National Countrysports Fair is
acknowledged as the premier celebration of country sports in Northern Ireland.
The visitor survey, compiled from a sample of over 800 visitors,
shows why the event is so widely acclaimed.
- 98% of visitors said they would return
the following year
- Circa £2 was spent inside the showground
- £1.2 million was spent in the Lisburn
City Area
- Circa 1,000 bed nights were created in
the area
- 62% of visitors came from outside the
Lisburn area
- 84% of visitors cane as part of a family
group or club
- 42% of visitors were female
- The average age of visitors was 36
- 49% of visitors said they enjoyed the
stands best
- 39% of visitors attended the show on
both days
- 99% of visitors rated the show as
excellent or very good
- 98% said they would return the following
year
