Facilities at the Fair

The facilities available at the National Countrysports Fair at Moira Demesne are designed as far as practicable to fulfill the needs of our visitors.

Your health & safety and the welfare of animals at the fair are of paramount importance to the organisers.

Our staff members are there to assist you and will be easily recognisable by their uniform or high visibility jackets. Each member of staff will wear an identification name badge

Toilet Facilities Portable toilets are located at strategic points around the site at Moira Demesne.  These include toilets for people with disability or restricted movement.  Our toilet facilities are monitored at regular intervals and cleaned at least twice each day.

First Aid A Medical Centre will be located beside the Fair Office. In addition, qualified First Aiders from the Red Cross will man a static first aid station on-site and conduct mobile patrols throughout the days of the event.

Baby Changing Station The baby changing unit is centrally located at Moira Demesne and offers parents the opportunity of attending to the needs of infants throughout the day.

Information Point The information point is located next to the Main Arena.

Veterinary Surgeon A vet will be available and contactable through the organisers.

Disabled Parking This is available in forward car parking areas for vehicles displaying the appropriate Mobility Badge by prior arrangement with the event organisers. Please note that the National Countrysports Fair is an outdoor event and large parts of it will be staged on grass. The ground may therefore be uneven or muddy in places.
