Angling at the National Countrysports Fair

The angling exhibits, demonstrations and competitions at the 2012 National Countrysports Fair are some the best to found at any game & country fair in Ireland.

Our revamped "Fisherman's Village" features a plethora of new and familiar activities and will represent the best in Irish angling traditions, allied to a high quality range of rods, reels and accessories from leading British and Irish manufacturers.

The Association of Professional Game Angling Instructors (Ireland) APGAII will be attending the 2012 event to promote game angling through interactive workshops that will include trout and salmon fly casting and fly dressing seminars.  All these workshops are free to visitors to the fair. and will be repeated on the second day.
