organise what is
now widely considered to be the leading group of countryside
events in Ireland.
Our Directors have over twenty years experience in the genre and
in addition to the Northern Ireland Countryside Festival, run
the National Country Fair at Borris House, in the Republic of
Ireland.
We
bring a superb array of demonstrations, competitions and
exhibitions to all our shows, something which is unrivalled in
Ireland.
The core entertainment profile of
our countryside events is then enhanced by introducing a wide variety of
extra attractions and features that add interest and excitement
for visitors of all ages and from all backgrounds.
 The National Countrysports Fair at Moira
Demesne is educational, entertaining and provides a
range of have-a-go activities for everyone
interested in country sports and the Irish rural way of life.
Our dynamic management team bring a fresh outlook to the world
of Irish countryside activities, drawing upon a wealth of
knowledge and experience from our staff and supporters.
It is our
policy to engage with local communities, associations and
business and bring to the Regions in which we stage our events a
sense of civic pride, involvement and to generate revenue for
the Region in terms of visitor spend and tourism. An estimated
£1 million was generated by this event in 2012
This is the
eighteenth year of the National Countrysports Fair and our
eleventh at Moira Demesne in the City of Lisburn.
The 2013 event is supported once again by Lisburn City Council, the Northern
Ireland Tourist Board and a number of leading Northern Ireland
companies.
